Returns can be accepted within 14 days from your order being placed.

We do not offer free returns. We only refund the amount you paid for the product itself. Shipping fees are non-refundable so you will need to cover the cost of posting the item back, unless the item is faulty, in which case, this should be reported to us within 7 business days via our contact form here


All sale items purchased are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns Process


Ensure that all items are returned in all its original packaging, including all tags attached and that they are NOT be marked, or have any additional odours such as smoke, perfume or food. or drink. 


Securely package your item. We recommend re-using the same packaging it was delivered in.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival of your return and peace of mind. Please make sure you retain your tracking receipt until you have been credited for your returned items.

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days from your package being returned to us.

Please note we will not refund fund you nor will we return the item back to you if you have failed to comply with our returns policy and process.
